Tuesday evening,May 23,the Rector Police Department along with family and friends celebrated the retirement of Officer Jeff Douglas. Douglas served the community for 24 years, and served in law enforcement for over 30 years.“With a bittersweet goodbye,we wish Jeff the very best in life and look forward to his future endeavors,” commented Police Chief Allen Haywood.
