Morgan Garner, Miss Rector 2023, along with her parents Amy and Tracy Garner gave the Miss Rector float a much needed upgrade this Labor Day by completely redecorating the float. The Miss Rector float is sponsored by the Rector Area Chamber of Commerce and used in the Labor Day Parade, Christmas Parade, and RSD Homecoming celebrations.
