On Wednesday, Oct. 25, the Rector Public Library held their Halloween party with 107 children and 34 adults in attendance.The children enjoyed dancing to Monster Mash, crafts, and listening to two Halloween books read to them. Each student received snacks to take back to school.“I would like to thank my high school volunteers for helping make this a blast for the kids,”commented Monica Mihalek,Rector Public Library Children’s Director.Volunteers included Karrin Henderson (Bat Girl), Makenna Lane (Sorceress), Emma Holmes (Alice in Wonderland), Brett Stucks (Cheshire Cat), Hannah Lidisky (Mad Hatter), and Kaelyn Burns (Queen of Hearts).
