Red Ribbon Week has been observed at Piggott Elementary School for more than 30 years, with the tradition continued this week. This photo takes us back to Monday, Oct. 24, 1988, with the rally being held in the courtyard of the former elementary campus on school house hill. Speaker was Bro.
