This photo takes us back to the late fall of 1988 as the members of Leean Tanner’s third grade class prepared special Christmas treats for the birds. This photo was taken along the north side of the old PES building, just across the street from the current Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum. Just 10 years later the building was torn-down.(file photo)
