Jeffery Ray Bean

Jeffery Ray Bean, 53, of Piggott, Ark., passed away on January 5, 2024, in Jackson, Tenn. Born on September 22, 1970 in Peoria, Ill., Jeffery was a dedicated and accomplished individual who leaves behind a legacy of service and expertise.

Jeffery, known to his friends and family as Jeff, was a man of many talents and accomplishments. He began his educational journey at Lacon Illinois Elementary and later attended Highland High School in Highland, Ark., where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

Jeff’s commitment to serving his country led him to join the Arkansas and Illinois National Guard and later the U.S. Marine Corps. He proudly served in these military associations, demonstrating his dedication and unwavering loyalty to his nation.

After his military service, Jeff pursued a career as an Avionics Technician at DynCorp. His technical skills and expertise in the field were unparalleled, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.

Jeff is survived by his brother, Delbert Bean, and his daughter, Izabella Bean. He was preceded in death by his father, George, mother, Linda, and brother, George G. Their memories will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved Jeff.

The loss of Jeff leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him. His contributions to his community, country, and profession will never be forgotten. We honor his memory and celebrate a life well-lived.

A private memorial service will be held to commemorate Jeff’s life and achievements.
