Margaret Ellen Janes, 85, of Springtown, Tex., went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2023. She died peacefully with her children at her side. Born February 17, 1938, Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a strong Christian baptized at the young age of thirteen. A woman who asked for so little but gave so much.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Janes; her parents Charley and Marjorie Jones, and sister Barbara Glenn.

Survivors include her sister Joyce Watson and husband Rex, sons Kent Crowson and Mark Janes, Christy Janes; daughter Elizabeth Wells and husband Steven, six grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday June 20, 2023, at Heritage Trace Christ of Christ, 4201 Heritage Trace Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76244.

The family requests donations in lieu of flowers to either the Texas Kidney Foundation or the National Kidney Foundation.
