Marvin C. Foster Marvin C. Foster was born June 11, 1941 in Clay County. He passed away May 21, 2025 in Port St. Lucie, Florida at his home with his wife at his side.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, William ‘Buck’and Flora Bolton Foster; his three brothers, Melvin, Donald Ray and Bill Foster.

Surviving is his loving wife of 63 years, Patricia and his 10 Foster girls.
