Representatives from Nucor Steel were on the RHS campus Friday, May 5, to speak with interested seniors. They gave an overview of what Nucor does and the careers offered at their facilities which numbers over 300 across North America. Students were very impressed by the starting salaries and generous benefits Nucor offers its employees, as well as, how Nucor takes care of its people and the extensive community service they provide.“We would like to thank Craig Ward, Charles Noles of Rector, and Gary Faulk for spending part of their day with us and for their enthusiasm and willingness to assist our students.We look forward to their return visit in the fall,”commented RHS Career Coach Kathy Fowler.(Courtesy photo)
