Storms and flooding changed the carefree aura of the 2025 Rector High School prom.The grand march continued as schedule on Friday night, April 5 with the crowning of prom king and queen, Levi Huckabee and Emma Holmes. Making their first official appearance as Little Miss and Little Mr. Rector were Alaina Miller and Jason Tucker.The prom event was postponed until Saturday evening but After Prom was cancelled with flooded roads and torrential rains. “The graduates will be celebrated at a later date,” commented April Lindsey.
