Rector Elementary is excited about the implementation of their BX3 program. BX3 is a positive reinforcement incentive for their students. The first week of school the students learned school-wide expectations and had the opportunity to model those behaviors in the classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, playground, restrooms, carline, and on the bus. These expectations are listed in the schools behavior matrix that will be posted around the school and in classrooms.Students have the opportunity to earn tickets for positive behaviors.Every Friday, tickets are drawn and rewards are given.The following is the first group of winners Ember Beck, Eli Hester, Allison Sheets, Jenna Perkins, Lane Hunter, Caleb Loveless, and Earl Thompson.
