Jami Palmer has been selected as the Rector Elementary Teacher of the Month for December.She is a third grade teacher who was nominated for going the extra mile to make sure her students are taken care of and made to feel loved. She is always ready to try new things with her students if she thinks it will help them learn. She encourages her students to work together and figure out different ways to solve problems. She keeps her students motivated by offering great incentives,and she always thinks of ways to make learning more interesting, creative, and fun. “It is obvious she deeply cares about all of her students,” a member of the elementary staff commented.
