The Noles Social, a gathering place available for rent, a social venue in Rector, hosted a Ribbon Cutting on Friday, Sept 27, with a light lunch. The Rector Chamber of Commerce was on hand for the celebration featuring Charles and Christy Noles’ latest venture into Rector’s economic growth. Those pictured to support the Noles (center holding scissors), were Troy and Ann Shepard, Tara Hester, Jillian Mayberry and Carter, Ellen Noles, Dale and Tammy Johnson, and Vonetta O’Neal. Chamber members present were Mark Manchester, Stephen Crancer, Kim Romine, Marla Crancer, and Executive Director Crystal Williams. City officials present were Mayor Shawn Brandon and Lark Sigsby along with Police Chief Kelly Baker, and City Superintendent Todd Watson.
