Alyssa Russell, a freshman at Williams Baptist University, has broken WBU’s record in hurdles and her personal record in the 60 meter dash and 200 meter dash along with the 4x200 relay and the 4x400 relay. Her times include 11:18 in 60m hurdles, 8:93 in 60m dash, 29.80 in 200m dash, 2:03 in 4x200 relay and 4:47 in 4x400 relay.
