The future plans of Lawson Nixon are to join the Air Force. He is the son of Samantha and the late Jerry Don Nixon and his guardian is Sharon Nixon. Lawson played football and was on the track team. He was a volunteer at the Rector Food Pantry. He received the Cougar Pride in football and received a bronze level career readiness certificate. His favorite school memory is sitting in the locker room by himself with the lights off. Lawson would like to be remembered as funny, has tons of “fancy” shoes and athletic.
