Two deceased found in Knobel residence
The Clay County Sheriff’s Department reports that on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at approximately 7:51 p.m. the department was contacted about a welfare check at a residence on 5th Street in Knobel. The caller advised they had not been able to make contact with the individuals for several days. At approximately 8:20 p.m. a deputy arrived at the residence but was unable to get anyone to answer the door.
